This code serves as a basic guide to management to ensure fair discipline. The sanctions for infringements may be varied when aggravating, extenuating; mitigating factors and the merits of each case is taken into consideration. The schedule of offences and recommended actions shall form part of the employee’s contract of employment.

The schedule is not exhaustive and the Company reserves the right to take disciplinary action against any employee for good cause, although such cases may not be stated herein. The Company reserves the right on reasonable notice to all its members to amend, add to, or vary any provisions of this Code.  

Previous warnings shall be regarded as accumulative.

1. Time keeping

2. Safety, vehicle and moving machinery related infringements
